Thanksgiving Turkey Breast Marinade

  • Mustard

(My favorite is Amora which you can find online but the Edmon Fallot which can be purchased at Southern Seasons is a good second.)

  • Chicago steak seasoning from Penzey’s Spices
  • Salt and Black pepper
  • Marsala wine
  • Olive oil (just a big tablespoon is enough)
  • Worcestershire  sauce

Place the turkey in a ziplock bag and store in the refrigerator to marinate it.

Marinate for at least 6 hours. Overnight is best. Take it out of the fridge 1 hour before so that it comes to room temperature before going into a 375 oven covered for one hour and then uncovered for the last 30 minutes. Do not let it overcook. Remember that it keeps cooking for a few minutes after it is taken out of the oven.
