Last weekend hubby and I joined a couple of friends and drove to Asheville, North Carolina for an enchanting weekend amidst the glorious Christmas decorations of the Biltmore and Biltmore Village.

What a wonderful trip! It was like stepping into Downton Abbey at their Christmas party. The house is exquisite and grand. There isn’t one room that does not wow with their majestic trees and garlands. It is the perfect family outing to get us all in the mood to celebrate with some hot cider. From the choir in the winter garden to the bright Christmas tree on the lawn I was dazzled at every moment.
