Le Bon Marche
If there is a store that I absolutely love is the Bon Marche. Its fashion department is curated to the standards of the Vogue Room in Sex and the City. It is a delight to the eyes, but, what really caters to all senses is La Grande Epicerie, the incredible food hall attached to the clothing department by a glass catwalk next to the shoe department.
Foods from all over the world can be found beautifully arranged. Even if you walk in with the most unusual list of items you can count on one of the many sections of the Epicerie to have it on display. The other floors are dedicated to trendy housewares. Pictures speak a thousand words although in this case it is a pity that one cannot experience the smells as one looks at the colors….
