- Never store tomatoes in the refrigerator. They will ripen in a bowl on your counter and be as sweet as ever.
- Do not forget to slice them and salt them. They should rest for a while before being consumed. It is the perfect recipe for a delicious salad.
- Try to use them as close as possible to their natural state when serving pastas in the summer. Chopped tomatoes, garlic, salt and pepper, basil and fruity olive oil is all you need. Better even if you buy pasta made from brown rice like I do (Jovial is my favorite)
