Cilantro Chutney

September 10, 2015 patricia kahane
  • 3 cups cilantro
  • 2 teaspoons ginger finely grated
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted sunflower seeds
  • 1 green chili
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt
  • ¾ cup water

Combine all of the ingredients into a blender.

Blend at high speed until the ingredients are well combined and the chutney has a smooth, sauce like consistency.

My tip: add a little more of sunflower seeds for a creamier consistency.
